PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions for oral ingestion or milk beverages that have a flavor close to milk flavor, and enable ingestion of high protein and high calcium equivalent to or higher than milk even if the oral intake is reduced compared to milk, and besides have dry, redness, and itch improving action of a body.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a composition for oral ingestion for improving dry, redness, or itch of a body, the composition containing (A) 3.5 mass% or more of milk protein, (B) 3.5 mass% or less of milk fat, (C) 5.0 mass% or more of carbohydrates, and (D) 0.15 mass% or more of calcium.
