The invention relates to a drug feeder wherein a drug product (e.g., tablet, capsule, etc.) is contained in a container and is ejected from the container as necessary. The problems to be solved are, e.g., (A) the height of an aligner housing unit of a drug feeder would become large in order to deliver a relatively long drug, and (B) various types of container main bodies with different dimensions are needed in order to adapt to a variety of total lengths of drugs. A drug feeder according to an embodiment includes a container main body and an aligner. At least one gutter is provided at the periphery of the aligner. The gutter length of an aligning unit is substantially equal to the total length L of a drug, and the gutter length of a preparatory aligning unit is smaller than the total length L.
