PURPOSE: A functional seat plate is provided to relieve the fatigue of a user by the movement of the functional seat plate. CONSTITUTION: A functional seat plate comprises a base frame(10), a placing part(20), and elastic members(30). The base frame is formed in a shape of a plate or forms one or more hollow parts thereinside. One end of the elastic member is fixed to the lower surface of the placing part and the other end thereof is fixed to the upper side of the base frame. The elastic members are installed in order to face each other around a link shaft. In the base frame, a support stand is installed.
