PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a food material to be treated smoothly by enabling the food material to be taken out easily in a food material-treating apparatus sinking and lifting a basket including the food material into and out of a water tank by a crane.SOLUTION: There is provided a food material-treating apparatus comprising a water tank 10 capable of including an aqueous solution for treating the food material in the inside, a basket 20 in a rectangular prism shape capable of storing the food material by the insertion from the upper part in the water tank 10, and a crane 30 for hanging up the basket 20. The basket 20 has a structure allowing one face 26 in the side faces to be opened, and expanded parts 24 having depressions at the sites mutually facing each other at the positions near to the openable face 26 than the centers 25, acting as fulcrum-receiving parts, and present at the upper edge side part 22a of the two side faces 22 neighboring to the openable face 26. A rod-shaped beam 36 becoming the fulcrum for inclining the basket 20 to the openable face 26 side by contacting the expanded part 24 becoming the receiving part of the fulcrum when hanging up the basket 20 by the crane 30 is installed between props 35a and 35b for supporting the crane 30.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】クレーンで食材の入った籠を水槽に沈めて引き上げる食材処理装置において、簡便に食材を取り出し可能にして、食材処理をスムーズに行えるようにする。【解決手段】食材を処理するための水溶液を内在可能な水槽10と、食材を入れて水槽10内に上方から収納できる直方体形の籠20と、籠20を吊り上げるクレーン30とからなり、籠20は、側面のうち一つの面26が開放可能な機構を有しており、この開放面26に隣接する二つの側面22の上縁辺部22aには、その辺の中央(25)よりも開放面26寄りの互いに向かい合う箇所に凹みを有し支点受け部となる張出部24を有しており、クレーン30を支える支柱35a,35b間には、クレーン30にて籠20を吊り上げていく際に、支点受け部となる張出部24に当たって籠20を開放面26側へ傾ける支点となる棒状梁36を設ける。【選択図】図3
