PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant growing device capable of omitting the space required for the rhizosphere while performing hydroponics.SOLUTION: A plant growing device includes a root supporting part 1 for supporting the roots 102 of a plant, the root supporting part 1 comprising: a support body part 5 which supports the roots 102 a fulcrum part 3 which the support body part 5 uses as a fulcrum of action to support the roots 102 a fixing part 7 for fixing the position of the support body part 5 a first holding portion 4 for connecting the fulcrum part 3 and the support body part 5 and a second holding part 6 for connecting the support body part 5 and the fixing part 7.
