PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an angle of an image display device in an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus from changing even when an arm for supporting the image display device is moved up and down.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes: an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus body for controlling an ultrasonic probe and creating an ultrasonic image the image display device for displaying the ultrasonic image and an image display device support mechanism which is provided between an upper surface of the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus body and the image display device and supports the image display device to the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus body.
