The present invention relates to a check valve for a medical device. The check valve for a medical device can regulate a flux of a fluid with a simple structure by using an elastic membrane. The check valve comprises: a connection part including one end part, the other end part, and a middle part located between the one end part and the other and part, wherein the one end part and the other end part individually has an insertion part which is a space for a tube to be inserted a through-hole perforated in each insertion part, and making the internal and external parts of the connection part to flow a fluid and an elastic membrane surrounding the periphery of the connection part. According to the present invention, a flux of a fluid flowing through a mutually connected tube is realized with a simple structure such as an elastic membrane having elasticity. Thus, effects such as miniaturization of a check valve, easiness of preparation, reduction of production costs, and the like can be obtained.
