An object of the present invention is to provide a simple diaper that prevents rough skin such as the buttocks due to defecation of a bedridden sick person. SOLUTION: This diaper 1 is provided with a bag used for defecation of a bedridden sick person who has a sickness. A pad 4 for adsorbing stool is adhered to the lower part of the bag, so that the stool accumulates in the bag.
