PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disable a diaper wearing person from tearing a urine-taking pad and to solve a problem that a diaper wearing person puts a used urine-taking pad into his/her mouth or aspirates the used urine-taking pad.SOLUTION: A urine-taking pad housing bag 1 includes: a housing space capable of housing a urine-taking pad a taking-in/out port enabling the urine-taking pad to be taken in/out and an opening/closing tool 3 capable of closing the taking-in/out port. The housing bag is made of a liquid-permeable mesh material and has a size not exposing an outer peripheral part from an openable/closable diaper cover placed on an outer side even when arranged on an inner face of the cover with a longitudinal size and a lateral size being the same as or smaller than those of the cover. The opening/closing tool hardly allows a wearer to operate to open/close the same.
