PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad for preventing the excrement from rising upward by filling up the gap of cleft of the buttocks in order to prevent the excrement leak on the back while wearing the diaper.SOLUTION: The gap of cleft of the buttocks is filled with a pad attached in a diaper to prevent the excrement from leaking on the back while wearing the diaper. The pad is made of a water absorptive material, shaped in a longitudinal shape like a rectangle, an ellipse or the like (1), the central part of the pad is put in the cleft of the buttocks to be attached.
