PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition excellent in the improvement of a nutritional state and an anti-obesity effect.SOLUTION: Provided is a composition comprising: a green leaf workpiece and a starch workpiece, in which the degree of dispersion is 30 to 70%. The starch workpiece is preferably at least one kind selected from indigestible dextrin, maltose and maltitol.
