PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for improving nutritional state and which brings about an excellent anti-obesity and intestinal regulation effect.SOLUTION: The composition of the present invention is an oral composition comprising a green leaf processed product and at least one selected from oligosaccharide, matcha and lactic acid bacteria and for which the precipitation time is 20 to 80 seconds. It is preferable for the composition to be used for anti-obesity, nutrition improvement, intestinal regulation, for improving a diet lacking in vegetables.
