摘要:
The present disclosure is related to a device for microsurgery and post-operative care of small species that can deal with all the problems that arise during surgery, such as: animal welfare, inadequate lighting, poor ergonomics by not considering the different positions of both the doctor and the small species, absence of asepsis, incorrect implementation of materiality and high costs of surgical instruments. This device for microsurgery and post-operative care of small species comprises a microsurgery table which is capable to provide different tilting angles and is made of a metal laminate (Figure 6). It also contains magnetic limb fasteners for small species, for both the lower and upper limbs (figure 1), which is adhered to the surface of the microsurgery table through magnets having a padded coating in the area where the limbs of the smaller species are placed providing comfort, and also being suitable for their physiognomy, made of plastic. Following the same principle of magne tic clamps used to stretch the cavities of the small species and the incisor teeth fastener. The device for microsurgery and post-operative care of small species also comprises a thermal mattress (500) that can be tilted adapting itself to the anatomy of the rodent, generating temperatures from 18 ° to 26 ° degrees Celsius so the table can act as a recovery bed for post-operative care, preventing hypothermia which is the main cause of death of these species. The mechanism for adjusting the inclination comprises a threaded rod, a spring, four gears and a button.
