PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subjective optometer capable of measuring an accommodation ability of a subjects eye, with an influence of accommodation convergence reduced.SOLUTION: A subjective optometer includes: a target to be presented to a subjects eye on a measurement optical axis a measurement optical system including a spherical lens, the spherical diopter of which is changeable in the measurement optical axis a spherical diopter change unit that changes the spherical diopter of the spherical lens and an optical axis deflection unit that calculates a deflection angle of the measurement optical axis from the spherical diopter changed by the spherical diopter change unit by using a predetermined formula and deflects the measurement optical axis on the basis of a deflection angle calculated so as to match a visual axis of the subjects eye in which accommodation convergence has occurred. An accommodation ability is measured on the basis of the spherical diopter of the spherical lens in a state where the measurement optical axis is deflected by the optical axis deflection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検眼の調節力を、調節性輻輳による影響を低減して測定することが可能な自覚式検眼装置を提供すること。【解決手段】自覚式検眼装置は、測定光軸において被検眼に呈示される視標と、測定光軸における球面度数が変更可能な球面レンズを備える測定光学系と、球面レンズの球面度数を変更する球面度数変更部と、球面度数変更部により変更された球面度数から所定の演算式を用いて測定光軸の偏向角度を算出し、調節性輻輳が生じた被検眼の視軸に合致するように算出された偏向角度に基づいて前記測定光軸を偏向する光軸偏向部と、を有し、光軸偏向部によって測定光軸が偏向された状態における球面レンズの球面度数に基づいて調節力を測定する。【選択図】図1
