PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye refractive power measuring apparatus capable of measuring an eye refractive power value by a method different from the conventional one.SOLUTION: The eye refractive power measuring apparatus comprises: a measuring optical system including a projection optical system for projecting a measurement index onto a fundus of a subjects eye, and a light receiving optical system for causing a light-receiving element to receive a reflected luminous flux from the fundus by the measurement index and arithmetic means that acquires a first eye refractive power characteristic regarding a first pupil area of the subjects eye on the basis of a light receiving signal from the light receiving element, and a second eye refractive power characteristic regarding a second pupil area formed outside the first pupil area and measures the eye refractive power of the subjects eye. The arithmetic means acquires a third eye refractive power characteristic by calculating a weighted average of the first eye refractive power characteristic and the second eye refractive power characteristic.
