PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of acquiring a favorable fundus image regardless of a simple configuration.SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic apparatus comprises: an imaging optical system that includes an imaging diaphragm part for restricting a light flux from the fundus oculi passing through a position conjugated with a pupil of a subjects eye, disposed between an objective lens and an image pick-up device, and captures a fundus image of the subjects eye by the image pickup device via the objective lens and the imaging diaphragm part a first light projecting optical system that includes a first light source and projects light of a first wavelength exited by the first light source to the subjects eye via the objective lens, where the light in which the light flux passing through the pupil of the subjects eye is regulated, is defined as spontaneous fluorescence excitation light and a first optical path synthesis part for sharing at least a part of the optical path between the imaging optical system and the first light projecting optical system.
