PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To plan the simplification and cost reduction of a transmission structure to a conveyance device for confluence, in a head-feeding combine in which a linear cylindrical reaping portion frame is disposed in a reaping portion in a forward lowered inclination posture to dividedly transmit a rotation power transmitted to the reaping portion frame to each operation site in the reaping portion, and a confluence conveyance device for backward conveying reaped grain straws is formed to be driven with a longitudinal rotation power output from the reaping portion frame.SOLUTION: This head-feeding combine harvester is characterized by disposing a longitudinal transmission shaft 37 at front of the reaping portion frame 10 in a standing posture orthogonal or approximately orthogonal to a transmission shaft 35 inserted into the reaping portion frame 10, interlocking the transmission shaft 35 with the longitudinal transmission shaft 37 through a bevel gear, and directly connecting the longitudinal transmission shaft 37 to a plant foot-conveying mechanism 18a and an ear tip-conveying mechanism 18b constituting a conveyance device 18 for the confluence.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】 刈取り部に、伝動ケースを兼ねた直線筒状の刈取り部フレームを前下がり傾斜姿勢で装備し、刈取り部フレームに伝達された回転動力を刈取り部における各作動部位へ分岐伝達するよう構成し、刈取り穀稈を後方に搬送する合流用の搬送装置を、刈取り部フレームから導出した縦軸回転動力で駆動するよう構成した自脱型コンバインにおいて、合流用の搬送装置への伝動構造の簡素化およびコスト低減を図る。【解決手段】 刈取り部フレーム10の前部に、刈取り部フレーム10に挿通した伝動軸35と直交あるいは略直交して縦向き伝動軸37を立設配備するとともに、伝動軸35と縦向き伝動軸37とをベベルギヤ連動し、この縦向き伝動軸37に、合流用の搬送装置18を構成する株元搬送機構18aおよび穂先搬送機構18bを直結してある。【選択図】 図4
