The present invention relates to a hydraulic ankle angle regulator of a walking assist device and, more specifically, to a hydraulic ankle angle regulator of a walking assist device, regarding a walking assist device comprising a leg supporting unit for supporting legs, a foot supporting unit for supporting the lower part of a foot, a fixation member fixated on the foot supporting unit, and a rotation member regulated with an angle of the fixation member, which comprises: the rotation member including a case formed with a rotation coupling means and a storage unit, a cylinder formed with a leaking hole and an inhalation hole, and a flow rate controlling screw； the inside of the cylinder including a piston equipped with a piston head for moving a fluid inside the cylinder, a guide cover, and a spring elastically supporting the guide cover； and the piston head including a first flow path communicated the piston with the inlet hole, a second flow path communicated with the first flow path to the inside of the cylinder, wherein the piston head is additionally equipped with a ball for limiting a movement of a fluid in one direction and a pin for limiting the movement of the ball.본 발명은 다리를 지지하는 다리받침부와, 발의 하부를 지지하는 발받침부와, 상기 발받침부에 고정되는 고정부재와, 상기 다리받침부와 고정부재 사이에 연결되어 상기 발받침부의 회전에 의해 고정부재의 가압 밀착시 각도가 조정되는 회전부재가 포함되는 보행 보조기에 있어서, 상기 회전부재는 하부에 상기 고정부재를 회전 가능하도록 연결되는 회전체결수단이 형성되고 상부에 관 형상의 수용부가 형성되는 케이스와, 상기 케이스의 수용부에 삽입되고 내부로 유체가 주입되며 일측과 타측 외주면 각각에 유출공과 유입공이 형성되는 실린더와, 상기 실린더 일측에 구비되는 유량조절나사와, 상기 실린더 내부에는 피스톤헤드가 구비되고 상기 실린더 타측단으로 피스톤로드가 노출되게 삽입 결합되어 왕복 이동에 의해 실린더 내부의 유체가 유출공에서 유입공으로 유동되게 하는 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤로드 단부에 설치되어 상기 고정부재에 가압 접촉되는 가이드커버와, 상기 피스톤로드 외주에 구비되어 상기 가이드커버를 탄성지지하는 스프링으로 구성되되, 상기 피스톤헤드에는 상기 피스톤이 가압 이동시 상기 유입공과 연통되게 내부에서 외측으로 관통 형성되는 제1유로와, 상기 피스톤헤드 내부에서 단부로 관통 형성되어 상기 제1유로와 상기 실린더 내부로 연통되는 제2유로를 가지며, 상기 피스톤헤드에는 상기 제2유로의 내부에 구비되어 유체의 이동을 일방향으로 제한하는 볼과, 상기 피스톤헤드에 결합되어 상기 볼의 이동을 제한하는 핀이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보행 보조기의 유압식 발목각도조절기에 관한 것이다.
