The present invention relates to a headband and, more specifically, to a headband which has a head supporting unit capable of rotating at a fixed angle according to the shape of the head of a wearer. The headband mounted in a welding mask or a safety helmet in order to be seated on the head of a wearer comprises: a front unit which surrounds the forehead of a wearer； a pair of side surface units which are composed of a side surface joint unit formed at both sides of the front unit in an integrated manner for pivot connection, and a hairband unit formed in the upper part of the side surface joint unit in order to be connected to both sides of the head of the wearer； a pair of back units which is connected to the side surface join unit of the side surface unit with a pivot in order to rotate up and down at a fixed angle, and has a sawtooth in a groove unit in a longitudinal direction for length regulation； and a head rest unit which adjusts the length of a pair of back units according to a size of the head of the wearer and supports the back of the head of the wearer.
