The present invention relates to a skin stimulating device for the absorption of a cosmetic product. The skin stimulating device punches fine holes in the epidermal layer of skin to make a viscous cosmetic product easily penetrate into the intradermal layer. The skin stimulating device of the present invention comprises: an accommodating unit for accommodating a cosmetic product； a head unit having a flow pathway formed therein to feed the cosmetic product； a plurality of micro-needles protruding from the head unit； and a pumping unit for transferring the cosmetic product accommodated in the accommodating unit to the flow pathway. When the head unit presses skin and the micro-needles punch the epidermal layer of skin, a cosmetic product is transferred to the flow pathway by the pumping unit.
