The quick administration unit (110) has: an inflow passage (111)； an outflow passage (112)； a medical liquid storage unit (113) connected to between the inflow passage (111) and the outflow passage (112) and storing a medical liquid； and a control unit (114) for controlling both the storage of a medical liquid into the medical liquid storage unit (113) and the delivery of a medical liquid from the medical liquid storage unit (113). The inflow passage (111) has a first flow passage (111A) and a second flow passage (111B) which has a smaller flow passage cross-sectional area than the first flow passage (111A). The control unit (114) has: a first closure unit (141) for closing the first flow passage (111A)； and a second closure unit (142) for closing the outflow passage (112) in an openable and closable manner.
