PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shower chair for care including: a reclining mechanism which enables inclination in front/rear direction of a seat surface part and a backrest part with a simple manual operation while keeping a seating posture of a user and a height adjustment mechanism which enables a height of the seating surface to be adjusted in accordance with a body height of the user.SOLUTION: In the shower chair for care, a body is constituted by: a leg body including front wheels and rear wheels at front and rear ends a seating surface receiver fastened to the leg body a handle pipe fixed on the seating surface receiver and a seat pipe integral with the handle pipe. A height of the seat pipe is adjustable by a seat height adjustment mechanism installed on the seat surface receiver, and the seat pipe and handle pipe can be inclined in front/rear direction by a reclining mechanism including a spring cylinder installed on a back surface part of the chair body and can be fixed at an inclination angle by a lock pin mechanism.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 座ったままの姿勢を維持したまま座面部及び背もたれ部を簡単な手動操作で前後方向に傾動できるリクライニング機構を有するとともに、使用者の身長に合わせて座面の高さを調節できる高さ調節機構を備えた介護用シャワーチェアの提供。【解決手段】 前後端部に前輪及び後輪を有する脚体と、該脚体に固着された座面受けと、該座面受けに固定されたハンドルパイプ及び該ハンドルパイプと一体のシートパイプとで本体が構成された介護用シャワーチェアにおいて、座面受けに設けた座面高さ調節機構によりシートパイプの高さを調節可能となし、チェア本体の背面部に設けたバネシリンダーからなるリクライニング機構によりシートパイプ及びハンドルパイプが前後方向に傾動可能となすとともにロックピン機構にて当該傾動角度に固定できる仕組みとなしたことを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
