The present invention concerns a method of guided implantology and a medical surgical device for dental implant, particularly finalised to the fixture assembling method. For a better comprehension of description are introduced the following phases: - determination of correct position, inclination, depth and orientation of rotation about its own axis of said fixture (3), working in the laboratory on a model of bone of the patients mouth, said position, inclination, depth and orientation being determined simultaneously with the definition of the geometry of stumps necessary for mounting the prosthesis - realisation of appropriate means to insert said fixtures (3) in the patients mouth, replicating the same position, depth, inclination and orientation determined in the laboratory, so that said stumps mounted on the respective fixtures (3), take the correct position for mounting the prosthesis.La présente invention concerne un procédé dimplantologie guidée et un dispositif médical chirurgical pour limplant dentaire, particulièrement finalisé pour le procédé dassemblage de fixation. Pour une meilleure compréhension de la description, les phases suivantes sont introduites : - détermination de la position, de linclinaison, de la profondeur et de lorientation de rotation autour de son propre axe correctes de ladite fixation (3), en travaillant en laboratoire sur un modèle dos de la bouche du patient, lesdites position, inclinaison, profondeur et orientation étant déterminées simultanément avec la définition de la géométrie des ancrages nécessaires pour le montage de la prothèse - réalisation dun moyen adapté pour insérer lesdites fixations (3) dans la bouche du patient, en reproduisant les mêmes position, profondeur, inclinaison et orientation que celles déterminées en laboratoire, de telle sorte que lesdits ancrages montés sur les fixations respectives (3), prennent la position correcte pour le montage de la prothèse (figure 1).
