PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animal-repelling tool releasing a high-concentration sulfur-sublimed gas without heating sulfur, and capable of achieving continuous animal-repelling activities.SOLUTION: The animal-repelling tool 10 includes: a repellent 11 composed of sulfur or a sulfur mixture and generating a sulfur-sublimed gas a cylindrical repellent-storing basket 12 with a bottom, storing the repellent 11 and having gas-passing holes 12a allowing the sulfur-sublimed gas to pass, and present at least in the bottom part and a cylindrical gas-storing cylinder 13 with a bottom, storing the sulfur-sublimed gas having passed through the gas-passing holes 12a, and having gas-discharging holes 13a allowing the sulfur-sublimed gas to pass, and present at least in the upper side from a nearly center in the upper and lower direction of the side part.
