PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fruit and vegetable packaging bag which prevents embrittlement of a film even when being subjected to processing and, at the same time, can retain freshness of fruit and vegetable by virtue of MA effect without deteriorating the appearance, and to provide a fruit and vegetable package provided with the fruit and vegetable packaged by the fruit and vegetable packaging bag.SOLUTION: A fruit and vegetable packaging bag 1 is used for packaging fruit and vegetable and is formed into a bag shape by overlapping a first film 2 and a second film 3 comprising a synthetic resin film. The first film 2 has a plurality of first opening parts 21 and has a first unformed area 24 which assumes a belt shape along edge parts of the first opening parts and is not formed of the first opening parts 21 on the edge parts.
