The present invention relates to a resource recycling system using raw materials obtained from killed livestock and animals, and more specifically, to a resource recycling system which can use contaminated raw materials such as dead livestock, livestock with foot-and-mouth disease, and livestock infected with H1N1 virus after removing the harmfulness to control the bad smell, and recycle the same into biodiesel or bio heavy oil without causing secondary environmental contamination. Wastewater generated during the process of the recycling can also be treated to remove the harmfulness and then be released in the safe state, and only the minimum amount of sludge is discarded to improve the recycling efficiency and reduce the generation amount of wasted materials.본 발명은 가축 및 동물의 살처분된 원료를 이용한 자원 재활용시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 폐사된 가축, 구제역 및 신종플루에 감염된 가축과 같은 오염된 원료를 이용하되 무해처리하여 악취발생을 억제하면서 2차 환경오염도 일으키지 않은 채 바이오디젤이나 바이오중유 등으로 재활용할 수 있고, 그 과정에서 발생되는 폐수도 무해처리 후 안전한 상태에서 방류할 수 있으며, 최소량의 슬러지만 폐기토록 하여 재활용 효율을 높이고 폐기분의 발생량을 현저히 줄이도록 한 가축 및 동물의 살처분된 원료를 이용한 자원 재활용시스템에 관한 것이다.
