PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine inspection apparatus that can accurately inspect condition of the body while preventing underwear from being stained by urine leakage.SOLUTION: A urine inspection apparatus 10 includes: an apparatus body 20 in which a water absorption part 23 for absorbing urination of a wearer is installed an inspection part 30 arranged on the water absorption part 23 and a shield part 40 which is installed in the apparatus body 20 and which shields the inspection part 30 from exposure. In a urine inspection apparatus 10 for men, the apparatus body 20 is formed of a nearly hemispherical member, with the inspection part 30 arranged on the inside face of the apparatus body 20 and, as the shield part 40, it is composed of an adhesion member for closing the opening 24 of the apparatus body 20.
