PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an examiner to easily perform work in a light-shielded space while appropriately shielding light from an outside.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus 1 includes: an inspection unit 2 having an optical system； and a face support unit 9 for supporting a face of a subject in a state where an inspection window 2a of the inspection unit 2 is opposed to a subject eye E at an interval. A light shielding unit 100 is to be attached to the ophthalmologic apparatus 1. The light shielding unit 100 includes: a mount part to be attached to the face support unit 9； and a frame part to which a blackout curtain 110a for shielding external light is mounted.
