The scalp care apparatus 1 also has a nozzle 15 rotatably attached to a front opening 8 of the body casing 2 for focusing and blowing air fed with pressure from the blower 5, and a rotating mechanism 19 for rotating the nozzle 15 with the axis L as the axis of rotation.
