A fish lamp device and the system thereof, the fish lamp device comprises a rod, at least one lamp support, a plurality of lamp sources and a cooling pipe. The rod is provided with at least one positioning portion, the lamp support is connected to the positioning portion via a connecting portion, the lamp sources are fixed to the lamp support for inducing fish gathering. Each lamp source is defined with a cooling inlet and a cooling outlet, the cooling pipe is connected to the cooling inlets and outlets. The fish lamp system consists of a plurality of fish lamp devices. Such a device has a better cooling effect.
