PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for preventing conveyance members from breakages stemmed from bites of stone, sand or the like and from deterioration stemmed from sticking them with sand and stone, etc. in a chain-conveyor-type conveyance system for a vegetable harvester.SOLUTION: The means includes a pair of driving sprockets 35 and 35, a drive shaft 36 supporting the pair of driving sprockets, a pair of driven rollers 37 and 37, a driven shaft 38 supporting the pair of the driven rollers, and members (first conveying members 44, 44... and second conveying members 48, 48...) set across a pair of conveying chains 43 and 43 wound around the pair of driving sprockets and a pair of driven rollers and the pair of conveying chains and functioning to hold and convey harvested vegetables.
