PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of controlling an operation associated with acquisition of projection data, depending on a positional relationship of an observation object during the acquisition of the projection data.SOLUTION: An X-ray photographing unit acquires projection data by performing X-ray scanning of a movable region of a living body. A reconfiguration processing unit generates image data on the movable region in each predetermined timing, which is synchronized with acquisition of the projection data, by applying reconfiguration processing to the projection data. An extraction unit extracts a surface layer of the movable region from the image data. An appearance photographing unit acquires an appearance image by photographing the movable region. An analysis unit receives designation of the one appearance image, sequentially compares the appearance image with the surface layer extracted from each of the generated image data, identifies scan timing of the image data from which the surface layer substantially identical in shape to the appearance image is extracted, and stops the acquisition of the projection data by the X-ray photographing unit or changes projection conditions, on the basis of the scan timing.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】投影データの取得中における観察対象の位置関係に応じて、投影データの取得に係る動作を制御可能なX線CT装置を提供する。【解決手段】X線撮影部は、生体の可動部位をX線でスキャンして投影データを取得する。再構成処理部は、投影データに再構成処理を施して、可動部位の画像データを、投影データの取得に同期した所定のタイミングごとに生成する。抽出部は、画像データから可動部位の表層を抽出する。外観撮影部は、可動部位を撮影して外観画像を取得する。解析部は、一つの外観画像の指定を受けて、当該外観画像と生成された画像データのそれぞれから抽出された表層とを遂次比較して、当該外観画像と形状が実質的に一致する表層が抽出された画像データのスキャンタイミングを特定し、このスキャンタイミングに基づき、X線撮影部による、投影データの取得を停止させる、または、投影条件を変更させる。【選択図】図1B
