PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a growing bed suitable for growing a larva and an imago of a beetle and to provide a manufacturing method of the growing bed.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a beetle growing bed includes: a step S1 of carrying in bamboo powder obtained by pulverizing a bamboo into a steam pot a step S2 of performing heat treatment, nutrition contained in the bamboo powder being decomposed by high temperature steam at 90°C or higher and lower than 100°C and decomposition product suitable for feed being obtained in this heat treatment process a step S3 of carrying out the bamboo powder from the steam pot a step S4 of adding and mixing the bamboo powder after cooling with an oxygen generating agent in a predetermined amount, and thereby manufacturing a growing bed having high nutrition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】カブトムシの幼虫及び成虫の飼育に適した飼育床及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】カブトムシ飼育床は、竹を粉砕することにより得られた竹粉末と、当該竹粉末を蒸気釜に搬入するS1。次に熱処理を施すS2。この熱処理工程は90℃以上100℃未満の高温蒸気によリ、竹粉末に含まれる栄養素が分解され、餌として適した分解生成物が得られる。その後、蒸気釜から搬出されS3、冷却後に所定量の酸素発生剤と竹粉末が加えられ撹拌されS4、栄養素の高い飼育床が製造できる。【選択図】図2
