PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new circulation type steam sterilization system which suppresses initial cost, requires little time and labor for maintenance, and enables long-term continuous operation.SOLUTION: In a circulation type steam sterilization system 1, an object to be sterilized W charged into a sterilizer 2 is sterilized by being brought into direct contact with steam, exhaust steam S2 after the sterilization treatment is reused for the sterilization treatment by a circulation path 5, and not a root type circulation blower but an ejector pump 4 is applied for sending steam into the sterilizer 2. In the ejector pump 4 for sending steam into the sterilizer 2, drive steam S1, such as superheated steam, is sent into the ejector pump 4 to suck the exhaust steam S2 into the ejector pump 4, and after mixing and compressing both steam in the ejector pump 4, the mixed and compressed steam S3 is sent into the sterilizer 2 to circulate the steam.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 イニシャルコストを抑制し、メンテナンスにも手間が掛からず、更には長時間の連続運転をも可能とする新規な循環式蒸気殺菌システムを提供する。【解決手段】 本発明の循環式蒸気殺菌システム1は、殺菌装置2に投入した殺菌対象物Wを蒸気と直接接触させて殺菌し、且つ殺菌処理後の排蒸気S2を循環経路5によって再び殺菌処理に利用するようにしたシステムであり、殺菌装置2に蒸気を送り込むにあたっては、ルーツ式の循環ブロワではなく、エジェクタポンプ4を適用したことを特徴とする。また、殺菌装置2に蒸気を送り込むエジェクタポンプ4は、過熱蒸気などの駆動蒸気S1をエジェクタポンプ4内に送り込むことにより、排蒸気S2をエジェクタポンプ4内に吸い込み、これら両蒸気をエジェクタポンプ4内で混合・圧縮した後、この混合・圧縮蒸気S3を殺菌装置2に送り込んで蒸気を循環させるようにしたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
