PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric transfer machine in which a manual operation and an electric operation can be appropriately selected without a special switching operation, preparation, or the like and realize a smooth transfer of a care-receiver.SOLUTION: An electric transfer machine 1 comprises: a turn table 3； a movable rod 4 that is erected on the turn table 3 and is capable of rising/falling between a standing position and an inclined position； and a sheet 2 fixed to the movable rod 4. A linear actuator 12 that applies drive force to make the movable rod 4 rise/fall between the standing position and the inclined position is arranged between the turn table 3 and the movable rod 4. One end side of the linear actuator 12 is attached to the movable rod 4, and an extensible rod 13 is provided at the other end side. A long hole rod 17 in which a long hole 19 is formed is attached to a tip end part of the extensible rod 13.
