The present invention relates to a method for bleaching and semipermanent straightening of the hair in two steps, which are carried out one after another, e.g., in a single salon visit. For this purpose, the method of the present invention uses a first composition (bleaching composition) comprising least one oxidizing agent and at least one alkalizing agent, and a second composition (straightening composition) comprising at least one carboxylic acid of the Formula (I) : R-CO-COOH. The hair is treated with the said compositions successively, so that the straightening treatment is performed directly after the bleaching treatment.La présente invention concerne un procédé de décoloration et de lissage semi-permanent des cheveux en deux étapes, qui sont effectuées lune après lautre, par ex., dans une seule visite au salon de coiffure. A cette fin, le procédé de la présente invention utilise une première composition (composition de décoloration) comprenant au moins un agent oxydant et au moins un agent alcalinisant, et une seconde composition (composition de lissage) comprenant au moins un acide carboxylique de formule (I) : R-CO-COOH. Les cheveux sont traités avec lesdites compositions successivement, de sorte que le traitement de lissage soit effectué directement après le traitement de décoloration.
