PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which chlorine is produced in a process of the production even if a pure soap, moreover a synthetic detergent is accompanied by the extinction of a microorganism for the sake of the decomposition in natural world, and they take on the danger of destroying continuous biomass environment.SOLUTION: The detergent using α starch which is food and harmless even if an organism takes in can be obtained in a suitable manner for the environment from a paddy field, upland farming or the like. Moreover, the liquid after washing animal oil or vegetable oil by the detergent can be returned to soil, whereby the enrichment is promoted. For example, meat or fish is cooked with a wok, if rice cooked is simultaneously put into the wok together, is mixed and is eaten, the wok is washed by water by a bamboo or wooden washing instrument or the like, whereby the oil can be washed out. Moreover, if cooked rice is dressed in the juice which has remained in the pan after carrying out meat or fish dish by a wok or the like, seasoned with a seasoning of preference, mixed and eaten, the oil can be flushed similarly.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】純石鹸であっても製造の過程で塩素を生じ、また合成洗剤は自然界での分解のために、微生物の死滅を伴う。これらは持続的バイオマス環境を破壊する危険性を帯びている。【解決手段】食物であり生物が摂取しても無害なアルファー澱粉を用いた洗剤であり、水田や畑作など、環境に適した採取が可能である。またこの洗剤による動物性油脂、植物性油脂を洗浄後の液体は土壌に還元でき、肥沃化を促進する。例えば肉、魚を中華鍋で調理し同時に炊いた米を一緒に中華鍋に入れ混ぜ合わせて食べれば、後は中華鍋をささら等で水洗いすれば油分を洗い流す事が出来る。また中華鍋等で肉、魚料理をしたあと、炊いた米を鍋に残った汁に和え、好みの調味料で味付けして混ぜ合わせて食べれば、同様に油分を洗い流す事が出来る。【選択図】図1
