To provide a biological information measuring device and a biological information detection sensor which can increase detection accuracy of biological information.SOLUTION: A biological information measuring device includes: a housing having a contact unit in contact with the user's body； a light emitting unit for emitting light toward the user's body； a light receiving unit for receiving light reflected by the user's body； a processing unit for processing a signal from the light receiving unit to determine biological information； and a translucent member disposed in the contact unit and for transmitting light emitted from the light emitting unit and light incident on the light receiving unit.
