The present invention relates to a plum pulp separator. According to the present invention, the central portion of a plum is penetrated by a drill and only the pulp of the penetrated plum is cut using a plum pulp cutting unit that is inserted into a plum fixing unit having a cross section formed into a polygonal shape and cutting the plum pulp in conjunction with rotation of the plum fixing unit so that damage to the shape of the separated plum pulp can be minimized and the marketability of the plum pulp is improved.
