The present invention relates to treatments of conditions ameliorated by stimulation of an immune response, in particular by the stimulation of antigen-specific T-lymphocytes. Treatment of such conditions according to the invention is effected by the combination of an anti-human CD27 agonistic antibody together with a number of immune checkpoint inhibitors.La présente invention concerne des traitements d'états améliorés par stimulation d'une réponse immune, en particulier par la stimulation de lymphocytes T spécifiques d'antigène. Le traitement de ces états, selon l'invention, est effectué par la combinaison d'un anticorps d'agoniste CD27 anti-humain et d'un nombre d'inhibiteurs de points de contrôle immunitaires.
