The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a skin relieving mask pack not only reducing pain of a patient by relieving pain caused by a burn within a short time, but also regenerating the skin and making better skin； and to a composition thereof. The method comprises the following steps: mining raw white clay of the Yang-gu Bangsan region, putting the same into a ball mill with water, and stirring the same for 10-20 days； taking out the crushed material crushed in the ball mill, mixing with water, and stirring the same； primarily filtering with a sieve, secondarily filtering with a fine sieve, and depositing the filtered mixture； collecting and concentrating a material in a middle layer to form white ionic minerals (SY2220)； and adjusting solid contents of the white ionic minerals to manufacture a composition of the skin relieving mask pack.본 발명에서는 피부의 화상 등으로 인한 통증을 빠른 시간 내에 진정시켜 줌으로써 환자의 고통을 덜어 줌은 물론 피부의 재생 복원 및 더 좋은 피부로 만들기 위한 피부 진정팩의 제조 방법과 그 조성물에 대한 것이다.
