The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a hydrogel pack for enhanced skin care using Chojeong mineral water and a hydrogel pack manufactured by the same. According to the present invention, the method includes the steps of: (a) evaporating Chojeong mineral water under reduced pressure to prepare Chojeong mineral water concentrate (b) forming colloid by mixing the Chojeong mineral water concentrate with polymer polysaccharide, a brightening agent, and a wrinkle reducing agent and (c) manufacturing a hydrogel pack by coagulating the colloid. According to the present invention, the method increases the content of the minerals in the Chojeong mineral water by pre-treating the Chojeong mineral water by the evaporation process under reduced pressure.
