CONSTITUTION: A composition for promoting plant cells division and proliferating cells contains a gene encoding CaRLK1(Capsicum annuum Receptor-like Kinase 1) protein containing an amino acid of sequence number 2 as an active ingredient. A composition for suppressing plant cell aging contains the gene. The gene has a base sequence of sequence number 1. A recombinant vector for intracellular transduction contains the gene.
