PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which can efficiently absorb leaked moisture oozed out from loose stool, watery stool, or diarrhea stool, and prevent leakage of loose stool, watery stool, and diarrhea stool.SOLUTION: The disposable diaper 1A includes a surface sheet 2, a back sheet 3, and an absorptive structure 4 made of a plurality of absorptive bodies disposed between the sheets 2, 3, and is sectioned into an abdomen side part A, a back side part B, and a crotch part C. The absorptive structure 4 includes a first absorptive body 41 for low viscosity body fluid and a second absorptive body 42 for high viscosity body fluid. The first absorptive body 41 is formed on the center part in the width direction (X-direction) and the second absorptive body 42 is formed between both end parts in the longitudinal direction (Y-direction).
