The walking aid comprises: a sensing unit which is placed in the aid body part, having an incline sensor and an acceleration sensor, and generates sensed signals with respect to the falling or walking speed of a user by sensing the falling of a user through the incline sensor and walking speed through the acceleration sensor； a control unit which comprises an LED lamp and a siren, light in a user walking direction using the LED lamp, receives a sensed signal generated by sensing the falling and/or walking speed by the sensing unit, and operates the siren according to the sensed signal； and a power supply unit for supplying power to operate the sensing unit and the control unit.
