PURPOSE: A potable treatment device using light is provided to resolve a safety issue that light radiates to undesirable objects such as eyes by including a sensor unit with a distance detection sensor which detects a distance to an object and making a lamp emitting light in the case that the detected distance is within a given distance. CONSTITUTION: A portable treatment device using light includes a lamp (110) which emits light, a reflection unit (130) which covers the lamp and has an opening at the lower part of the front, a divergence lens (150) which is located at the opening, a guide unit (170) which guides the light forward, and a sensor unit (190) which is located in the guide unit. The sensor unit includes a distance detection sensor which senses a distance to an object located in front.
