PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clinical chart input support program, a method, and a device for supporting input of a medical treatment content to an electronic clinical chart.SOLUTION: A clinical chart input support program is configured to make a computer execute following processing of: acquiring identification information of medical treatment equipment which is used for medical treatment of a designated patient, by a first sensor referring to a storage part which stores a medical treatment history including a disease name of a disease of the patient for specifying the disease name of the disease of the designated patient specifying a medical treatment content corresponding to a combination of the specified disease name and the identification information of the medical treatment equipment, based on correspondence data of the combination of the disease name and the medical treatment equipment and the medical treatment content then, inputting the specified medical treatment content to an electronic clinical chart of the designated patient, as a medical treatment content of this time of the patient, or representing the specified medical treatment content as an input candidate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】電子カルテへの治療内容の入力を支援するカルテ入力支援プログラム、方法、装置を提供する。【解決手段】指定された患者の治療の際に用いられる治療機器の識別情報を第1センサで取得し、患者の病名を含む治療履歴を記憶した記憶部を参照して、指定された患者の病名を特定し、特定した病名と取得した治療機器の識別情報との組み合わせに対応する治療内容を、病名と治療機器の組み合わせと治療内容との対応関係データに基づいて特定し、指定された患者の電子カルテに特定した治療内容を患者の今回の治療内容として入力する、又は、入力候補として提示する処理をコンピュータに実行させる。【選択図】図9
