The present invention relates to a preparation method of encapsulated cattle sperm into beads used in vitro fertilization, confirming that the invention adopts an emulsion technology tailored to a mass production structure and encapsulates cattle sperm into beads in a stable way, thus enabling the distribution and the mass production of good quality sperm, and also confirming that the beads encapsulated with the cattle sperm shows a good recovery rate when being released. Accordingly, the invention can effectively be used as a method for encapsulating cattle sperm into beads used for artificial insemination.본 발명은 인공수정용 캡슐화 가축 정자 비드 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 대량생산 체계에 적합한 유화(emulsion) 기술을 이용하여 가축 정자를 비드(bead) 형태로 캡슐화하여 안정적으로 우수한 정자를 보급 및 대량생산을 할 수 있음을 확인하였으며, 상기 가축 정자 비드는 방출(release) 시 충분한 회수율을 보유하고 있는 것을 확인함으로써, 인공수정용 캡슐화 가축 정자 비드 제조방법으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
