Disclosed are iridoids, and a preparation method and the use thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of: (1) reflux extracting a whole plant with ethanol and water, recovering the ethanol, standing for precipitation, and filtering to obtain the filtrate (2) sequentially extracting the filtrate with trichloromethane and ethyl acetate to obtain a liquid with an aqueous layer after the extraction and (3) concentrating the liquid with the aqueous layer until dry and separating and purifying same with chromatographic columns such as silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and so on, and crystallizing same to obtain the compound of the present invention. Le procédé de préparation de linvention comprend les étapes consistant à : (1) extraire au reflux une plante entière avec de léthanol et de leau, récupérer léthanol, procéder à une précipitation à la verticale, et filtrer pour obtenir le filtrat (2) extraire de manière séquentielle le filtrat avec du trichlorométhane et de lacétate déthyle pour obtenir un liquide avec une couche aqueuse après extraction et (3) concentrer le liquide avec la couche aqueuse jusquau séchage séparer et purifier celui-ci avec des colonnes chromatographiques telles que le gel de silice, Sephadex LH-20 etc., et cristalliser celui-ci pour obtenir le composé de la présente invention. Le composé de la présente invention présente des effets analgésiques favorables et a pour effet déliminer les réponses inflammatoires aiguës.
