A method of producing an ingestible pharmaceutical composition, comprising: receiving, with a controller, instructions regarding a first tablet dosage and a second tablet dosage； dispensing a first amount of a solid active pharmaceutical ingredient； dispensing a first amount of an excipient； blending the first amount of the solid active pharmaceutical ingredient and the first amount of the excipient to form a first mixture having a volume of less than 10 L； forming a first tablet from the first mixture； dispensing a second amount of the solid active pharmaceutical ingredient； dispensing a second amount of the excipient； blending the second amount of the solid active pharmaceutical ingredient and the second amount of the excipient to form a second mixture； and forming a second tablet from the second mixture, wherein a dosage of the active pharmaceutical ingredient of the first tablet is different from a dosage of the active pharmaceutical ingredient of the second tablet.
